Position Purpose

Under the general supervision of the Supervisor, Facility Maintenance, maintain, repair, and implement preventative maintenance for the Maintenance Shop of Crafts and Trades. Complete routine and emergency work orders. Performs preventive maintenance, as assigned.

Education & Formal Training

High school diploma or equivalent, Formal training (specify), Education/Experience substitution (specify)

Other Education & Formal Training

Plumbing related trade school completion preferred. This requirement may substitute for the 6 months experience that is required.

Computer Skills

Experience

-Six (6) months experience in the maintenance and repair of plumbing systems required.

-Additional experience and skills in the maintenance of various trades; HVAC , carpentry or electrical preferred.
