Maintains building plumbing components. Works with other trades as necessary to complete projects. Installs, repairs, inspects, and maintains safe and efficient operation of including, but not limited to: sanitary waste, storm drainage, water supply, medical and natural gas, process piping and fire sprinkler systems. Perform Preventive Maintenance Measures. Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies. Log daily reading of equipment and systems as assigned. Review Work Orders daily and complete associated tasks/repairs by Type/Priority. Perform other maintenance duties as requested. In lieu of an Associate Degree/Apprenticeship Program, 20 years of maintaining commercial/industrial plumbing systems will be accepted. Must be able to demonstrate general personal computer data entry proficiency and basic control diagnostic procedures.

Licenses/Certifications/Registrations/Education**: Due to insurance regulations, must be at least 21 years of age with a valid SC driver's license. Certifications:

• SC Backflow Tester
• ASSE 6010 Med Gas or Municipal Association of South Carolina Journeyman Plumber
