Portfolio Manager, Commerce Integrity Responsibilities


  • Partner with cross-functional teams such as Product, engineer, Data and Analytics and policy to lead or coordinate strategic projects and scaled solutions to enforcement problems.

  • Analyze data, identify trends for harm on the platform and provide recommendations for process, policy and product improvements.

  • Partner within and outside the team to forecast and plan staffing models to support top priorities.

  • Drive key performance metrics, provide regular reporting and ensure the results contribute to overall project success.

  • Drive escalation mitigation efforts for content enforcement areas.


Minimum Qualifications


  • Employer will accept a Master's degree in Business Analytics, Engineering, Applied Sciences, Mathematics, Physics, or related field and 36 months of work experience in job offered or in a related occupation. Experience must include 36 months of experience in the following:

  • 1. Work in an Operations, Analytics, Product, Engineering, Consulting, Project Management or equivalent team.

  • 2. Program and project management driving end to end initiatives, specifically, lead team meetings, planning/roadmapping, cross-functional coordination and reporting.

  • 3. Implementing strategies, processes, and solutions that increase process efficiency and effectiveness

  • 4. Monitoring, understanding and reporting KPIs to continuously improve the health of the organization or company's operations

  • 5. Analyzing large datasets in SQL or similar tools.

  • 6. Performing root cause analysis or case management where necessary to solve issues and provide quantitative insights

  • 7. Working in, communicating with, and leading global cross-functional project teams.
