Location: Skillman, NJ (Kenvue's corporate headquarter is currently located in Skillman NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025.)

Pay: $98,000-$167,900

What you will do

The Portfolio Manager is responsible for the coordination, organization, and leadership of the portfolio processes within the North America brand team to promote delivery of goals and objectives. The Portfolio Manager is accountable to the Portfolio Director and Supply Chain Leader and will support key Skin Health brands portfolio management processes, governance, and strategy development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading the Portfolio processes for the Brand squad for new product introductions (NPI/NPD) and life cycle management (LCM) projects including: monthly innovation analysis of sales, volume, gross profit; monthly financial tracking of capital, expenses, and savings; and portfolio management system data integrity
  • Facilitating regional governance for commercial innovation and regional projects including: facilitating the flow of projects from the region to global governance; gathering and coordinating business cases; and providing insights based on analytics, hurdles, and portfolio targets
  • Support financial cycles such as coordination of 3-year operation planning and business plan
  • Provide subject matter expert support for the portfolio management system including: training, individual support, compliance, and linkages to global portfolio


What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

  • The qualified candidate will have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree. MBA or advanced degree is preferred
  • Minimum of 8 + years of years of diverse experience across any of the following: Supply Chain, Project/Program Management, Portfolio Management, Quality, Procurement, Product Development, and/or R&D
  • Proven track record of delivering business results as an outcome of cross functional collaboration, managing through ambiguity and complexity in a matrixed regional leadership environment
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering practical and sustainable solutions
  • Strong critical thinking and business curiosity, including advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, strong ability to work with complex and detailed data to drive insights and decisions
  • Effective verbal & written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Demonstrated program management experience, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage dynamic timelines, and drive cross-functional collaboration preferred
  • Ability to work with large amounts of information while still seeing the bigger picture
  • Ability to influence across various levels of organization
