- Work with senior leadership to define portfolio strategy and ensure it aligns with the department's objectives
- Evaluate portfolio and provide recommendations on areas for improvement in project and financial management, core support, and release management
- Monitor portfolio performance, manage risks, and optimize resource allocation
- Allocation of resources efficiently across the portfolio, identify resource bottlenecks, and propose solutions to maintain project timelines
- Track financial performance across the projects, ensuring cost control
- Report on Financial metrics and adjust plans to achieve the financial targets
- Establish and maintain governance structures for portfolio management for the department

Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree in related field of study
- 4+ years of related experience
- Proven experience in managing large-scale projects
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Risk management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams
- Financial acumen and experience managing budgets
- Ability to thrive in project environments that often start with uncertain requirements or outcomes
- Ability to put definition and structure around problems and projects
- Strong organization skills and strong attention to detail
- Outstanding writing, communication and presentation skills
- Proven proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Must be a team focused individual

- Master's degree
- Project Management (PMI) Certification (Preferred)
- Lean Six Sigma certification (Preferred)
