The Technology Portfolio Transformation team is seeking a highly motivated and versatile Sr. Manager/Manager, Tech Portfolio Transformation to support the VP of Tech Portfolio Transformation. This role will be integral to the continuous growth and development of the team, focusing on strategic projects that span cross-functional groups within the larger organization, including Technology, Product, and Portfolio teams. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of strategic initiatives, communications, and portfolio transformation tasks to ensure that team objectives are met and drive impactful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Partner with the VP and her directs to define, document, and communicate strategic priorities, shaping the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Tech Portfolio Transformation.
  • Goal Management: Document annual and quarterly goals for the team, track performance against these goals, and communicate progress regularly to the team.
  • Presentation Development: Craft presentations for key business updates, internal partners, and senior leaders. Develop content and agendas for key internal and external meetings such as Town Halls, workshops, and employee engagement events.
  • Workstreams Management: Support the VP in managing and administering quarterly/annual processes including goal setting, scorecard management, investment planning, business planning, and year-end activities.
  • Workshop Facilitation: plan, guide and run various team-building exercises, brainstorming sessions or strategic meetings, ensuring engagement, and facilitation of guided discussions and activities to help teams achieve goals and objectives
  • Budget Management: Own and manage team budgets, ensure accuracy of reporting, correct utilization of funds, and resolve any financial issues in coordination with business partners.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with enterprise partners and other centers of excellence on key initiatives and business priorities. Build strong partnerships across Technology, Product and Portfolio teams to drive strategic projects.
  • Team Engagement: Assess the health of colleague engagement and development within the team, propose recommendations to address key themes and priorities, and manage initiatives to optimize team engagement (including organizing team events, rewards, and recognition programs).
  • Communications Management: Ensure effective flow of information and communications within the team and across the organization.


Qualifications:

  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organization and planning skills are essential.
  • Proactive and Detail-Oriented: Ability to think "end-to-end" and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Versatility: Ability to wear many hats and focus on creative problem-solving.
  • Integrity: Strong sense of integrity with the ability to handle sensitive issues and maintain complete confidentiality.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to translate strategic thinking into effective presentations. Confidence and composure required to effectively communicate to senior leaders.
  • Collaboration: Experience operating with large cross-functional teams, internal and external partners. Highly collaborative with a demonstrated ability to partner for results and influence effectively across the organization.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to efficiently prioritize, solve problems independently, escalate appropriately, manage tight deadlines, and handle changing priorities.
  • Strategic and Creative Thinking: Strong strategic and intellectual capability combined with creative/innovative thinking.
  • Team Player: Comfortable working in "white space" and willing to take on incremental responsibilities.

Qualifications

Salary Range: $110,000.00 to $190,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
