In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing up to two workstreams affiliated in the store/point of sale technology space (**refer to below note around team dynamics). As an Engineering Manager, you will still be considered hands-on technical working within microservices, spring boot, and software integration with retail hardware. You will mentor, guide, and delegate development tasks to the junior developers underneath you and operate in an agile environment with two-week sprints.

~7 workstreams, 6 onshore Technical Leads, 1 near shore Tech Lead (EURO) -- 4-5 developers under each workstream

Required Skills & Experience

* 2+ years of technical management/technical lead experience

* Retail Background

* POS/Store Technology experience

* architecture/design experience

* Cloud experience (GCP/Google Cloud Platform, or similar)

* Hands on technology experience in microservices environment

* Coding experience within Spring boot
