Texas Health Physicians Group is pleased to announce a Full Time Post-Acute Nurse Practitioner opportunity for a Board Certified, Texas licensed Nurse Practitioner to join an established practice seeing patients in Skilled Nursing and Rehab facilities in Fort Worth/Tarrant County areas.

POSITION DETAILS:

Ø Round on patients with unmatched flexibility.

Ø Full Time 40 hours per week.

Ø Rotating Call for covered facilities.

Ø Document using EPIC EMR system.

REQUIREMENTS:

Ø Texas License

Ø Acute Care Board Certified

Ø Possess strong verbal and written skills in English

Ø Skilled Nursing or experience working with the geriatric population preferred

Ø At least 1-year NP experience preferred

Education
Master's Degree Nurse Practitioner Req

Experience
1 Year As a Nurse or Nurse Practitioner. Pref

Licenses and Certifications
NP - Nurse Practitioner Must maintain board certification as required for licensure. Upon Hire Req
