Computational Postdoctoral Fellow

We are recruiting motivated and talented individuals with expertise in next-generation sequencing (NGS) data analysis to join the laboratory of Dr. Angela Ting. The Ting Lab focuses on epigenetic regulation in both healthy and disease contexts. We have pioneered NGS-based DNA methylome assay and analytical methods. We have successfully applied these tools to studying genome-wide changes in DNA methylation patterns in human diseases. In addition to mapping the epigenetic mark, we are also working on understanding the functional consequences of these aberrant patterns and the molecular mechanisms that initiate and propagate such abnormal features.
