We are looking for a talented Power Generation PFR/IBP Finance Manager to join our team specializing in Finance for our BUSINESS SEGMENT Indianapolis IN your remote home office.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways

• Responsible for leading the development and preparation of forecasting, analyzing, and evaluating financial plans and budgets for the assigned business unit or corporation.
• Develops, consolidates and prepares annual operating budgets and/or periodic financial reports.
• Interprets, evaluates, analyzes and presents financial data to management.
• Business partners with management to deliver financial results whilst identifying potential areas of opportunities and risk.
• Designs, develops and manages strategic financial analysis projects as necessary.
• Ensures effective utilization of financial systems to generate accurate financial analysis.
• Manages a team of Financial Analysts.
• Coaches and mentors financial analysts; assigns work according to availability, skills, and developmental needs; assesses performance and provides feedback to direct reports.

Education, Licenses, Certifications

College, university, or equivalent degree in Finance, Accounting or related field required. Certified Public Accountant, Certified Management Accountant, Chartered Accountant or similar certification required.

Experience

• Significant experience required, including supervisory experience.Manage and Deliver PFR activities for PGM (monthly, quarterly, annually)
• Deliver and Maintain Global and Super Region Monthly/Quarterly Reporting Packs
• Deliver monthly PGM Regional P&L
• Fully integrate IBP within PFR processes
• Business partner and build strong relationships with Global Supply Chain team
• Business Partner with PGM Sales Leader

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary rate commensurate with experience, range: $100,000.00-$150,000.00. Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. The final salary offer will be determined after considering relevant factors, including a candidate's qualifications and experience, where appropriate. Additional benefits vary between locations and include options such as our 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan, Cash Balance Pension Plan, Medical/Dental/Life Insurance, Health Savings Account, Domestic Partners Coverage, and a full complement of personal and professional benefits.
