The Opportunity

Responsibility for supervising one or more related functions in the following areas: marketing, communications, branding, proposal support, or event coordination. Understands and communicates the strategy and vision to assigned work group. Ensures alignment to functional, divisional and company strategies. Oversees day-to-day operational activities. Provides direction to assigned work group. Works under minimal supervision. Scope typically involves a combination of the following: supports lines of business, client groups, or geography as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as single point of contact for solution leads; extract insights to inform content and strategy and keep them informed of relevant enterprise marketing activities
• Co-develop Enterprise Marketing strategy and messaging
• Execute on content-focused solution marketing tactics includingbut, not limited to:
  • Develop solution-specific value propositions
  • Identify and co-develop project stories that serve as proof points for one or more solution
  • Support the design, build and project management for planned solution-specific campaigns or Client Marketing campaigns drawing on solutions offerings
• Plan, manage and develop thought leadership content for assigned solution or sector campaign initiatives
  • Tactics could include event speaking opportunities, perspectives or ghost-written LinkedIn articles, ebooks, and more
• Plan, manage and develop solution-specific external sales enablement content
• Minimal Solution-Specific event coordination as needed
• Support and contribute to lead generation results specific to solution portfolios

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred, or equivalent experience
• 6+ years progressive experience, including 2+ years supervisory
• All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (if selected) which may include any/all of the following: criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong skills in writing and message development required
• Ability to absorb and translate technical content necessary
• Project management and strategy skills preferred
• Experience in marketing professional services or technical items a plus
