Power Platform Developer (Hybrid)

Summary of position

We are looking to recruit a Power Platform Developer for HR Healthcare. https://hrhealthcare.com/

The Power Platform Developer supports the Business Intelligence team by developing and maintaining software applications throughout the business. This individual will collaborate cross-functionally to develop technology solutions that streamline processes and drive operational efficiency. In this role, the Power Platform Developer will need to possess skills to develop on multiple platforms including the Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365.

Qualifications
  • 2+ years developing with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI)
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM (workflows and customizations) highly preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel & DAX
  • Experience with MS SQL server preferred
  • Experience gathering detailed business/system requirements and handling multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science and/or related field required or equivalent experience
  • Experience with PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript a plus


Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop PowerApps model and canvas apps to streamline processes, automate business functions with Power Automate, and improve business functions with Power App Portals or Power Virtual Agents
  • Leverage Power BI to create and maintain reports and/or dashboards using ERP and CRM datasets
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to identify business automation opportunities and develop solutions to address the automation opportunity
  • Develop sales and marketing tools within Dynamics CRM to support sales team and initiatives
  • Support software implementation, training , and validation for developed tools and software
  • Contribute to user group evaluations to understand inefficiencies and opportunities with existing software and tools
  • Develop and maintain consistent, quality documentation to meet ongoing operations and business requirements
  • Troubleshoot and debug software problems as needed
  • Support user training programs and the development of onboarding training for software applications
  • Other duties as assigned by Management
