As a Microsoft Power Platform App Maker Associate, you will help large-scale organizations adopt the power platform at an enterprise level, focusing on the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate. AIS delivers multi-cloud transformation solutions that help commercial and federal enterprises improve business results by migrating to the cloud, modernizing apps, and leveraging data.

What You'll Be Doing
- Help and guide our clients to effectively use the Microsoft Power Platform with best practices and methodologies.
- Collaborate with other development team members and project managers to deliver solutions that surpass client expectations while meeting deadlines and budgets.
- Participate in client discovery workshops, requirements gathering sessions, documentation, and the development of solutions.
- Ability to understand and explain the business drivers that apply to a specific client's needs
- Experience in training others on Power Platform development and end users to utilize developed applications
- An interest in collaborating on the creation of intellectual property and knowledge sharing
- Work in an agile environment and participate in all agile ceremonies.
- Learn new technologies and be aware of industry standards and trends.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills, including application documentation experience
- Experience in mentoring other developers and team members in their technical development

Profile of Success
- Experience implementing Power Platform solutions with specialized skills in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
- Current Power Platform App Maker Associate (PL-100) certification.
- Experience in mapping business flows to Microsoft Power Platform technologies.
- Experience working in an Agile-based team and reporting work in Agile-based tool-set (e.g. Microsoft Azure DevOps).
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences (orally and in written form).
