Ascension Saint Agnes is hiring a Practice Administrator supporting the Cardiology Division. Oversee the daily operations of both outpatient & inpatient settings, this role requires strong financial acumen and experience in clinical budgeting. Responsibilities

Manages the daily operations of the physician practice development function.

  • Coordinates with internal departments to plan, organize and set up clinics and physician practices.
  • Collaborates with building/construction managers, architects, and contractors to review and monitor

    building plans and building progress.
  • Works with outside vendors to negotiate contracts and schedule all installations. Works with moving

    companies and specialized equipment companies to arrange moves of fixtures and equipment to new practice

    locations.
  • Designs and generates new practice printed materials in collaboration with marketing staff.


Complexity of Work:

  • Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal

    upervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment.


Personal Protective Equipment:

  • Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required.

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience

    required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor'

    degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those year

    being in leadership/management.

Additional Preferences

  • Proven experience in medical practice operations, preferably in both outpatient and inpatient settings.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop teams.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience with clinical budgeting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of healthcare, Cardiology experience preferred.
