Position Summary

Radiology Partners is seeking an experienced Practice Coordinator. This role is a unique opportunity to support a robust, high performing practice. Additionally, it is an outstanding opportunity for the practice management professional who desires a broader business role by servicing a large radiology practice. This position provides a unique opportunity for a high-performing, analytically inclined individual to apply and build their skills in a dynamic and collegial operating environment.

Position Duties and Responsibilities
  • Participate in operational support of a premier local radiology practice.
  • Support practice with Accounts payable and supply order management
  • Assist with monitoring key practice metrics
  • Provide support in adhering to volume and productivity goals through monitoring and trend analysis
  • Assist with Physician variable payroll, payroll adjustments, and pay tracking and reporting
  • Assist radiologist scheduling team as needed
  • Assist with Sharepoint and internal web content maintenance
  • Assist with development and distribution of communications to practice
  • Provide support to clinical team for clinical reporting, documentation, and information updates
  • Support production and management of practice documents, policies, and procedures

• General support of projects and tasks as new practice improvement initiatives arise
  • Interact in a positive manner with other departments within the regional and corporate office to facilitate the practice's projects
  • Assist and coordinate ad-hoc projects as requested by operations leadership
  • Cultivate and apply strong organizational and interpersonal skills, including the ability to juggle multiple assignments and cope with target deadline pressures
  • Support a productive, team-oriented environment for our radiologists


DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience preferred
  • 2+ years' prior relevant experience in healthcare administration or radiology is required. A radiology, private practice background is preferred
  • 1-2 years' prior analyst experience is preferred
  • Detail-oriented, highly motivated, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Outstanding communications skills in both written and verbal expression
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Solution driven and flexible in his/her interpersonal style
  • Strategic thinking, breakthrough thinking and creative problem-solving skills, showing an ability to overcome obstacles
  • Patience and ability to excel under pressure, handling multiple requests often with tight deadlines
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Office. Daily work duties will include moderate to advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Word as well as other Microsoft tools.

• Ability to exercise judgement and discretion in supporting daily business operations

• Strong Work Ethic with the ability to self-start and work independently or as part of a diverse team
