Practice Manager Float, Santa Monica Clinics

Description

Under the supervision of the Director of Operations, you will provide oversight and support to various Ambulatory Sites within the Santa Monica Region. You will provide supervision to clinical FTE's within various Specialties and services, oversee projects as needed, provide bridge support during open management positions, and provide managerial support for newly established Ambulatory Sites or services. You will s upervise the medical front, back office staff, and coordinate clinical services. Provide daily administrative and operational oversight and physical space management, oversee the business and patient care support functions for the assigned Primary Care and Specialty practice in the absence of or in support with the practice manager. These practices are located in various offices, therefore, the float manager needs to travel to required locations.

Salary Range: $68,800 - $141,000 Annual
