The Telecom / Construction Drone Inspection provider is looking for a Technical Sales Specialist to provide Pre / Post-Sales Support.
This is a hands-on customer interfacing position, with a well-funded startup, supporting the company's
inspection / safety infrastructure solutions.
The individual must have hands on drone experience and worked with telecom (or similar) Infrastructure.

Responsibilities:
- Trusted advisor to existing clients.
- Strategic account planning incorporating new features and capabilities.
- Provide knowledge of company's products and methodologies,
- Offer enthusiastic support and mentorship to clients.
- Proactively engage with customers, to showcase company's value proposition.
- Help drive system usage and adoption through customer accounts.
- Deliver optimal solutions tailored to customer pain points.
- Establishing effective working relationships with cross-functional teams.
- Travel as required to cultivate client relationships within the region.
Current Tasks:
- Lead prospect and customer training initiatives.
- Curate and maintain an updated knowledge base, providing users with relevant and informative content.
- Help develop video tutorials on product understanding.
- Engage with customers on a regular basis by communicating and providing support.
- Drive customer usage and product growth within the customer accounts.
- Help ensure seamless data integration.
- Accompany clients during field operator training sessions,
- Demonstrate the utilization of autonomous drones and company's products.
- Cultivate strong customer relationships.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on company's capabilities
- Act as communication between the customer and internal Sales, Product, and R&D teams.
- Proactively interface with these groups on enhancements and new features.
Requirements:
- Experience working on telecom accounts and delivering / supporting SaaS solutions.
- Have worked on telecom infrastructure.
- Technical proficiency in drone technology.
- Proficient in flying drones, capable of delivering compelling field demonstrations.
- Strong customer engagement skills
