JOB SUMMARY

The Precast Laborer assists with pouring precast concrete.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Report for work wearing the required personal protective equipment (PPE).
  2. Assisting during the concrete pouring process.
  3. Clean and prep concrete molds and forms
  4. Tie and replace rebar into the molds and forms.
  5. Remove product from molds and forms.
  6. Shovel, sweep and clean molds, forms and work areas, as needed.
  7. Maintain the site and facilities, including trash picking.
  8. Operate and clean small equipment.
  9. Comply with company safety policies and procedures.
  10. Other duties as assigned.


REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Ability to understand verbal and written instructions in English
  • Must demonstrate a strong work ethic
  • Dependable transportation
  • Work weekends and holidays as requested or needed
  • Ability to work varying job shifts depending on production needs


PREFERRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience with pouring concrete
  • Valid Class C driver's license
  • Record of safe driving for the last three years as shown on a current motor vehicle report (MVR), with no serious accidents or traffic violations
