Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy is searching for compassionate full time and part time Pre-K Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team. At Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy we value innovation, creativity, and the power of applied behavior analysis therapy for children with autism.

Position Description
Compassionate Workers are needed to provide support in our centers to young children with autism. You will work one-on-one with children implementing specific treatment plans under the supervision of a clinician. These plans are designed to address the child's needs for behavioral management, daily living, social, and community skills.

Location and Hours
> Center-based opportunity in our Hamilton Twp, NJ Center.
> Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities are available.

Required Experience and Education
> Minimum of a HS Diploma or GED
> Experience as a teaching assistant, pre k teacher or childcare worker
> Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
> Ability to learn ABA techniques with training.
> Ability to write and document treatment notes.

> It is an essential function to be able to meet the rigorous demands of the job, which may include long periods of standing, sitting, following, pushing/pulling equipment, and/or lifting.

> Candidates must possess the ability to bend, kneel, crouch, and spend time on their feet as well as an ability to lift children, up to 50 lbs, on occasion.

Note: This role requires the ability to spend a significant amount of time crouching, crawling, and engaging with children on the floor or standing for long periods.
