Delaware North Sportservice is searching for seasonal Premium Station Attendants to join our team at EverBank Stadium in Jacksonville, Florida . As a Premium Station Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring an effective operation of assigned stations, including stocking, serving, and attending to guests' needs.

Responsibilities

• Delivers the highest quality of guest service at all times , creating a genuine connection with the guests and interest in their needs
• Attends the team pre-shift meeting to receive instruction, timelines, and direction for the day
• Reviews and is familiar with the day's menu - including ingredients and allergens
• Prepares assigned station and/or buffet table for service - ensuring all items are in place and ready for guest arrival and ensures the location(s) remains stocked throughout the event
• Portions out selections as directed for self-service and/or serves guests directly
• Maintains standards of order and cleanliness throughout the event; adhering to all safety and sanitation standards
• Checks for identification before serving if alcohol is available at the station, following all local and company laws and regulations
• Completes all closing tasks before and checks out with the supervisor or manager on duty
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task, work quickly and efficiently in a high-volume fast-paced environment
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Minimum of 1 year service experience in a stadium, hotel, full-service restaurant, catering, or similar dining environment
• Willingness and ability to complete all required training, include ServSafe Alcohol certification
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds for set-up, service and break down of assigned areas
• Ability to stand and walk for entire length of shift, including walking up and down stairs and lifting as the work duties demand
• Variable temperatures - required to move between hot, noisy conditions of kitchen and climate-controlled dining environment
• May be required to work in confined and/or narrow spaces
