As Prep Cook, you'll:

• Prepare all food that requires preparation before it can be used by the line cooks and chefs.
• Ensure that vegetables are chopped, garnishes prepared, and salads are made fresh daily.
• Proper sanitation practices a must.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum one year experience.
• Working knowledge of fundamental and intermediate cooking techniques.
• Ability to follow recipes, properly season, finish food items, and plate presentation.
