Preschool/Pre-K Teacher

This role focuses on the education of, and providing exceptional service to, the children of the employees of Webstaurantstore and Clark Associates. and is a key part of growing our business.

As a Preschool/Pre-K teacher, you will:

Plan and implement lesson plans aligned with the PA Early Learning Standards, Create a learning environment tailored to the needs of the students in the classroom, Complete assessments and use assessment information to plan for the needs of each child, Uphold high standards of learning and health and safety regulations (Including DHS and NAEYC).

Skills/Abilities:

• Must be able to constantly kneel, bend, squat, reach, crawl, and stand throughout shift indoors and outdoors
• Must be able to sit and actively participate in learning at the child's level (on the floor, in a chair, on the ground outside).
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Candidates must possess an Associates Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or Child Development Associate credential and completed at least 2 years' experience working with children in an early learning environment, extensive knowledge of DHS regulations as well as NAEYC best practices and hold a current Pediatric CPR/First Aid Certification.
