This position is a hybrid remote position which will require the candidate to report and work from the office two days a week. Therefore, interested candidates should be within a 50-minute radius from Carrollton, TX.

The Pricing Specialist supports the Pricing Manager and Pricing Analysts to ensure the accuracy of pricing and profitability to all corporate and franchised stores. They support the Pricing team to review and analyze all pricing and profitability reports and suggest process improvement opportunities.
  • Verify and correct, if necessary, pricing on purchase order, sales order and credit orders. Improve Processes related to this as needed.
  • Conduct weekly pricing audits and maintenance of the JD Edwards Advanced Pricing System.
  • Process purchase order confirmations, accounts payable, and product price variance reconciliation.
  • Investigate with vendor, accounts payable, customer, co-op, or any other business partner when billing or pricing errors arise and resolve them.
  • Process customers' daily data transmission documents. Be able to work with multiple customers with very different processes for this purpose.
  • Maintain up-to-date SOPs and suggest improvements to management.
  • This position has additional duties. Special projects may be assigned at the position supervisor's discretion.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
  • A bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting/Business field is desired.
  • Be functional with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Outlook, Word).
  • Candidates may be subject to a background check and drug screen, in accordance with applicable laws.
