You Are:

You have a deep understanding of Design-for-Test (DFT) methodologies and possess a strong background in Scan, Memory BIST, JTAG, I1500, I1687, LBIST, Automotive Testing, and low power design. You excel in RTL Coding, Scan/Mbist insertion, Validation, Pattern generation, and Silicon Bring up. Your excellent communication and presentation skills enable you to effectively interpret and understand customer requirements, providing them with robust solutions. With over 10 years of expertise in the field, you are adept at architecting complex DFT flows and methodologies, and you thrive in mentoring and leading teams. What You'll Be Doing:
  • Drive & Develop new Design for Test methodologies.
  • Identify emerging technologies and design requirements to focus the methodology development in that direction.
  • Author detailed Product Requirement specs and microarchitecture specs.
  • Develop white-papers on methodology and other documentation as required for projects.
  • Conceptualize and architect complex DFT flows and methodologies across varying industry segments like Autonomous Transportation, Mission-critical AI, High-performance computing, and Mobile networking.
  • Perform diagnostics analysis and debug.
  • Provide methodologies for test automation flow integration with design planning, RTL analysis, logic synthesis, physical design, and sign-off verification tools (static timing, simulation, formal verification).
  • Review customer designs and flows to identify drawbacks and provide solutions to fix them.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentor other people in the team.
  • Drive the deployment of new technologies with customers.
  • Manage and report the status of technology/feature development for product.

What You'll Need:
  • 10+ years of expertise in the field of Design for Test.
  • Expertise in Scan, Memory BIST, JTAG, I1500, I1687, LBIST, Automotive Testing, low power design, and various other test methodologies.
  • Experience with RTL Coding, Scan/Mbist insertion, Validation, Pattern generation, and Silicon Bring up.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong technical problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in architecting complex DFT flows and methodologies.

This team is critical in developing new groundbreaking technology while delivering complete DFT solutions to meet customer needs.
