Reporting to the Sr Manager Strategic Sourcing, the Principal Executive Talent Sourcer is a key member of our TA organization who develops, leads, and executes robust sourcing strategies to identify, engage, and nurture exceptional executive passive talent. The Principal Executive Talent Sourcer will provide executive leaders and recruiting partners with key market insights while developing strong, diverse pipelines of executive level talent. As a principal executive talent sourcer, you will develop a deep understanding of the business and related talent strategies, strong knowledge of the external talent landscape, the ability to quickly identify and understand multiple talent pools, build and execute innovative sourcing strategies, and have a data-driven approach.

Responsibilities
  • Collaboration with business leaders, hiring managers, and recruiters to assess talent requirements, build innovative sourcing and engagement strategies, drive and manage candidate pipelines to explore, leverage, and support our commitment to building talented diverse teams
  • Review and analyze relevant talent market data and trends to provide insights and proactively consult on the implementation of hiring plans to address short and long term business needs
  • Build a trusted advisor relationship with executive stakeholders by conducting thorough intake meetings, providing talent and market data, in-depth candidate screens and skills summaries which provide an overall assessment of both a technical/functional baseline
  • Balancing the ownership of complex high-priority unique searches with critical executive talent pipelines. Establishing a deep understanding of role requirements and business strategy, while shepherding an elegant executive candidate and hiring team experience
  • Expand pipelines through execution of strategic research, sourcing campaigns, market mapping via multiple sourcing channels, and leveraging feedback to drive continuous improvement
