Principal Java Engineer / Development Lead

The Development lead will be responsible for assembling, leading, and managing the day-to-day activities of a team of full stack developers across multiple SCRUM teams to develop complete solutions in an enterprise environment comprised of on-premise and cloud based solutions.

The Development Lead will be required to interact at the program level with other program leadership to understand and decompose architectural artifacts including context and sequence diagrams into the necessary coding artifacts including class diagrams and coding standards.

The Development Lead will be responsible for interviewing and hiring, daily monitoring and mentoring, and SCRUM team assignment and management.

Minimum of 15 years Daily Hands-On development/coding in Java or other 4GL OOPL

Minimum of 10 years with Object Oriented Programming techniques and technologies including technical documentation

Minimum of 10 years of Java experience

Minimum of 5 years of team leadership

Minimum of 5 years of AGILE team experience
