Part of the Product Marketing team for Mailchimp, the Advanced GTM Team is seeking a seasoned individual contributor with strong strategic skills, seamless cross-functional partnerships and executive-level influence, inspiring data-driven customer empathy and a bent for speed in action and results. As a Principal Marketing Manager for advanced user features (such as AI, Marketing Automation, Advanced Reporting/Analytics, and Segmentation), you will partner closely with Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and others to lead go-to-market planning and execution for features within this portfolio.

Responsibilities
  • Develop deep customer insights, product expertise and competitive intelligence to inform a segmentation strategy, develop winning product positioning, and influence the product roadmap to deliver on the biggest customer needs
  • Own the business outcomes and communicate regular updates to leadership through ongoing forecasting, reporting and root cause analyses
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams spanning marketing, product, design, analytics, legal, strategy, sales and customer success
  • Actively analyze data to generate insights and make informed decisions that drive business results
  • Contribute to a high-performing culture by sharing go-to-market best practices that up-level the team's marketing craft
