Leading a highly strategic and innovative product portfolio, you'll set a strong North Star vision and lead the development and execution of a technical roadmap that includes Generative AI, Machine Learning (ML), Computer Vision (CV), 3D visualization, and other emerging technologies. You'll interact regularly with senior leadership as you bring your vision to life. The successful candidate must be a self-starter comfortable with ambiguity, with high attention to detail, and a proven ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.

A day in the life

You will be a thought leader - setting the product vision and defining the strategic roadmap. You will work collaboratively with UX designers, software engineers, applied scientists, finance and business intelligence engineers, and brands, to build and execute a roadmap informed by your North Star customer experience and an evolving technical landscape. You will build a bite-size, learning-oriented roadmap, leveraging early signals to inform prioritization and swarm resources around successful experiments.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 7+ years of technical product or program management experience

- Bachelor's degree

- Experience as a strong leader who can prioritize well, communicate clearly and effectively influence across cross-functional teams

- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product

- Experience leading cross-organizational programs and setting and holding teams and individuals to timelines and deliverables without explicit authority

- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

- Experience owning feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

- Experience working with and influencing senior level stakeholders

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $144,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $279,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
