Role: Principal Product Consultant/Program Manager

Roles/Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Product Consultant and Program manager with a strong background in managing drug discovery projects. The ideal candidate will have 19+ years of experience and will play a crucial role in driving product innovation and excellence. This role requires a deep understanding of the technical and domain-specific aspects to deliver impactful solutions that align with our company's goals and societal impact.

Required Qualifications:
Experienced in Project and Program management in Research and Discovery Space
Oversee and lead different teams and stakeholders to common goals with focus around and Strong leadership and managerial skills
Strong experience Client management Skills
Engage with clients to understand their challenges and provide tailored solutions that address their specific needs.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to keep the product at the forefront of technological advancements in the industry.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices in all product-related activities.
Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management to guide product development and business strategies. - Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and support for product initiatives.
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in RnD, Preclinical, and Clinical domains to inform product development

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is $127,900 to $136,700 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
