We provide large-scale offline and online Brand Understanding data services, powered by cutting edge Machine Learning technologies (e.g., Large-Language-Model, Multi-Modal Deep Neural Networks, Statistical Modeling). We also enables customer-brand engagement enhancement through intelligent UX and efficient ads serving.
About this Role:
The Principal Product Manager - Technical role is the product lead for Brand Understanding foundation platform, who is responsible for defining the vision, strategy, roadmap, and build strategic relationship with partners to create and build innovative customer-brand experiences.
The person in this role will be required to think big, dive deep, have bias for action and deliver results on Amazon's advertising solutions. You will work with cross-functional teams, engaging directly with customers of all sizes and teams across Amazon. As the Brand Understanding product lead, the person's day-to-day work will closely collaborate with ML scientists and engineers on expanding the breadth and depth of Brand Understanding foundational service, stay curious on learning the latest ML technologies' strength and limitations, and aligning with cross organization business partners on building next generation Brand Ads products.
We are looking for visionary and innovative individual who is passionate about ML/AI technology, customer experience, and ready to make a lasting impact on the industry. The successful candidate must have problem solving skills, business judgment, technical depth and demonstrated experience leading initiatives that involve multiple cross-functional teams. We are looking for an effective leader to execute both strategically and tactically, and someone who is excited to take on an ambitious, and ambiguous program.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of end to end product delivery experience
- 8+ years of technical product or program management experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience as a strong leader who can prioritize well, communicate clearly and effectively influence across cross-functional teams
- Experience technical product management
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements
- Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement
- Experience owning data-centric products
- MS in a technical field

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $144,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $279,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
