Infosys is seeking a Principal SAP SD Consultant :

As a Principal Consultant, you will be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, identify areas of improvement, evaluates the solution options and makes recommendations. You will be responsible to manage the turnaround expectations from the team in terms of any SLA/KPIs and front ending the deliverables of the team with the client stakeholders. You will create detailed design, architecture and process artifacts and implement the deployment plan. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
• At least 11 years of experience with Information Technology.
• Location for this position is Austin, TX.

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least 11 years of experience in SAP SD module including experience in leading Application Maintenance support (AMS),at least 2 full life cycle project implementation.
• Strong in-depth experience in Logistics Execution, EDI/Idoc Integration, Order Management / Shipping and system integration areas.
• Desired experience in GTS and Event Management
• Cross functional module knowledge
• Able to analyze business requirements, providing conceptual and detail design to meet business needs, performing necessary SAP configurations, writing detail specifications for development of ABAP custom programs, testing and implementing the automated solution.
• Able to understand and monitor the contractual SLAs/KPIs for Support deliverables. Identify areas of improvement and share regular feedbacks with the team.
• Project experience on Interfaces with both SAP and non SAP systems.
• Ability to read ABAP codes is preferred.
• Good Analytical and Communication skills
• Planning and Co-ordination skills
• Experience with project management
• Able to work and connect with the team remotely who are located in other geographies
• Estimated annual compensation range for candidate based in the below locations will be: Sunnyvale: $138274 to $168253.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
