The essential responsibilities of the Print Production Operator will report to Supervisor. Set-up, adjust and operate offset presses, graphics art process camera, copier, and inserter machines; receive, prepare for copying e-mailed documents, utility bills and other documents utilizing high speed computerized copiers; prepare layouts and operate various auxiliary machines. Fold, punch holes, collate, cut/ trim, pad, bind and separate various forms and other printed materials. Prepare layouts, metal plates, original and e-mailed documents, and utility bills. Operate/ monitor inserter machine to ensure optimal efficiency in billing process and copier machines; verify meter counts and money totals; determine proper paper measurements by using fractions and identify/ correct any equipment malfunctions. Operate graphics art process camera to produce film negatives, positive/ photos, copy camera to enlarge or reduce originals and computer hardware/ software to retrieve documents via e-mail lo reproduce on copier machines. Set/ maintain proper alignment of machinery; perform preventive maintenance to insure efficient operation. Report stock level of printing supplies and equipment conditions; receive, issue and ship general office supplies and other items to various departments. Operate Division vehicle; utilize computer hardware and software; and lift/ push boxes/ carts in accordance with job requirements. Perform other duties as directed.

Qualification Requirements:
To perform the Print Production Operator role, you must:
-Must have knowledge of precision measurement. -Successfully complete Color Blind II Test. -Successfully complete Placement/ Performance Exercises. -Must have knowledge/ skills in Print Production Operations. -Must have a valid driver's license from state of residence.
Physical Working Conditions:
Subject to lifting/ pushing boxes exerting up to 50 pounds or more of force on a regular basis and standing for long periods of time.
