This position is in Birmingham, AL and the candidate must reside within 15 minutes of Birmingham. The position will support all customers in the Birmingham area (approximately a 100-mile radius) and a reliable personal auto is required (mileage will be reimbursed). This customer facing field break/fix position provides a wide range of hardware support and related services. Supported products will be HEAVILY focused on the hardware repair of HP print devices (DesignJet, A3, LaserJet) and is a required skillset.

- Clean driving record and reliable vehicle
- Excellent customer service communication skills
- Able to be on feet a lot and drive long distances
