Our Private Debt (PD) Asset Class is currently seeking a Staff Services Analyst (SSA) to perform a variety of analytical and administrative duties in support of PD business operations. Duties include but are not limited to:
- Provide investment support services to the Private Debt team which includes, but is not limited to, production, preparation, and distribution of documents, justifications, meeting materials, and presentations.
- Provide general administrative support to asset class senior management, including, but not limited to, scheduling, facilitating, and coordinating calendars and meetings at the direction of Private Debt managers.
- Serve as the procurement analyst backup for INVO, including researching, gathering, and analyzing information and responding to information requests. As needed, track all requests to ensure responses are provided by stated and agreed upon deadlines.
- Attend meetings with Private Debt team members and leadership teams to discuss progress towards the completion of manuals; provide technical assistance as needed. Perform the review of manuals created or requested by Private Debt leadership.
