Duties include, but are not limited to, performing direct patient care for all age groups to include assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation; monitoring and coordinating patient care plans with ancillary departments (Lab, Radiology, RT, Rehab, etc.) to optimize patient health, safety, and overall well-being and comfort; serving as liaison between providers and patients in full continuum of care; and functioning within the scope of RN or LPN practices, in accordance with CCMH policies, procedures, and protocols, and within the Missouri Nurse Practice Act.
