Job Profile

JOB SUMMARY:
Provide social work services including counseling, case management, discharge planning, and/or crisis intervention according to licensure standards under supervision of a Master's level social worker. These services are provided in any health care unit within the Harris Health System as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Bachelors degree in Social Work; LSW, State of Texas

Work Experience: 1-2 years in health care setting preferred.
