Job Duties

Position serves as an Administrative Team Leader by providing direction and/or instruction to staff for the purpose of case assignments, case reviews, workload distribution, and business need. Supervises a specialized caseload of assigned supervisees in accordance with instructions as well as all applicable operating policies and procedures. Provides casework, training and administrative support for the operation of an evidence based practices adult community corrections unit.

Minimum Qualifications

Valid driver's license. Considerable experience working in a probation and parole setting. Experience providing individual counseling; managing a caseload of adults supervisees; writing and presenting reports to official or administrative entities; interviewing people for the purpose of gathering information; planning and directing projects; and training others.

Additional Considerations

Graduation from an accredited college or university with major coursework in Rehabilitation Counseling, Psychology, Sociology/Social Work, Criminal Justice, or English or equivalent training and/or experience.
