Job Description
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients/vendors to ensure clarification and meet specific requirements in a timely manner.
  • Delegate tasks to team members according to their individual skill sets, experience and abilities to ensure efficient completion of the Process.
  • Maintain budgets and adjust according to needs as they arise.
  • Track performance and analyze the completion of key goals.
  • Document and report Process progress.
  • Close cooperation with customers/vendors' operation and quality managers to improve the quality and performance of our products and services.
  • Planning New and refining existing Processes
  • Establishing Process criteria
  • Coordinating Process reviews
  • Ensuring the proper implementation of Process elements
  • Managing the Process resource plan and budget
  • Managing Process issues, risk, and action
  • Assigning responsibilities and mentoring Process team
  • Implementing and managing Process changes and intervention to achieve Process output.
  • Process evaluation and assessment of results.
  • Performing risk management to minimize Process risks.
