Job Summary

The Quality/Process Improvement Analyst is responsible for reviewing records and reports for accuracy with reference to established protocols, quality assurance standards, standard operating procedures, and work instructions, ensuring that processes are in compliance with law, company standards, procedures, policies and guidelines.

Duties
  • Creates, revises and reviews reports and other quality documentation
  • Collaborates with internal departments to create and maintain documentation and processes that ensure consistency, effectiveness and safety
  • Ensures completeness and accuracy of information contained in all documents, document files, databases, and documentation systems
  • Supports implementation of change control, deviations, and corrective and preventive actions
  • Assists in developing recommendations for corrective actions/improvements and establishing timelines
  • Maintains an efficient audit and tracking system and develops detailed audit plans
  • Documents anomalies and issues
  • Performs follow ups to ensure timely and effective completion
  • Writes detailed reports and analyzes quality data. Generates quality system metrics for management review
  • Performs process validations and risk assessments
  • Analyzes audit results
  • Prepares detailed written audit reports
  • Works with quality and individual departments to support training sessions if need be
  • Performs other duties as assigned
