A company is seeking a Process Quality Assurance Engineer to join their team! The Process Quality Assurance Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and quality of processes from inception to completion. This role involves a strong focus on configuration management, auditing, and the creation of comprehensive plans and procedures to uphold standards throughout the program lifecycle. This is a permanent position located in Cypress, CA.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience in Process Quality Assurance
Ensuring a program's processes meet DO-178 and DO-254 standards and function effectively from start to finish
Strong understanding of DO-178 and DO-254 standards with the ability to do the following:
Configuration Management
Quality Auditing
Process Planning
Process Oversight
