The Process Technician will be responsible for:
  • Setting up and operating injection molding machines
  • Performing process adjustments to ensure product quality and consistency
  • Troubleshooting and resolving production issues
  • Performing routine maintenance on equipment
  • Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
  • Working with close tolerance and appearance critical products

Qualifications:
  • 5 years' plus experience in injection molding, processing, die setting, troubleshooting and working with close tolerance; appearance critical products
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
