The Civil Executive Unit manages the administrative functions of the Civil Law Division, which consists of over 700 employees. The Civil Executive Unit handles everything from personnel, budgets, contracts, procurement, and all the different administrative tasks that help the Civil Division operate efficiently.

As the Procurement Analyst, you will be playing a vital role within the Civil Executive Unit. You will be responsible for various functions, such as IT purchasing, trial equipment and IT contracts, as well as functioning as the Division's trial meeting planner. You will also be providing consultative services, analytical support, advice and problem resolution management in regards to equipment tracking, fiscal monitoring drills, and other budgetary tasks. These duties require strong organizational skills, analytical ability, effective writing and communication skills. You will also assist the Legal Division Manager and Chief Assistant with other tasks or special reports as needed, as well as provide back-up assistance to other staff within the Civil Executive Unit in times of absence and on an as-needed operational basis.

Working Conditions
In-office attendance will be required up to two days a week. In-person attendance may be required for meetings, trainings, and operationally as needed. Advance notice will be provided when possible.
