Team Introduction
The Procurement Team plays a critical role in the business and is responsible for the strategic design and end-to-end processes involved in the purchase of goods and services in a sustainable and financially viable way, in compliance with business standards. We are responsible for sourcing and onboarding new vendors, supporting the development of key company systems and processes, maintaining a strategic overview of project procurement management activities, and ensuring that purchasing contracts and arrangements are fulfilled in strict accordance with legal requirements, project specifications, and business policies and procedures.

Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and improve procurement products, including Marketplace, Procurement Platform, Resource Management System, and other functional business areas.
- Develop and manage product strategy, roadmap, and goals for extensive cross-functional areas of procurement products. Gather requirements, solicit ideas and feedback, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Define and analyze metrics to perform detailed retrospective and prospective analysis of product performance.
- Drive strategic product decisions by evaluating global market trends.
- Coordinate with Product R&D teams based in multiple countries, promoting cooperation and ensuring the progress of product solutions and project implementation.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications
- Experience or coursework in product design, deployment, and improvement.
- Basic understanding of procurement processes and systems.
- Ability to develop and manage product strategies, roadmaps, and goals.
- Strong analytical skills to define and analyze metrics and perform product performance analysis.
- Knowledge of market trend evaluation on a global scale.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to collaborate with Product R&D teams and ensure project progress.

Preferred qualifications
- Internship or practical experience in product management, particularly in procurement.
- Experience with procurement platforms, marketplaces, and resource management systems.
- Proven ability to develop and execute product strategies for large cross-functional areas.
- Advanced analytical skills with experience in metric definition and performance analysis.
- Experience in evaluating and applying global market trends to product decisions.
- Strong track record of coordinating with international Product R&D teams and promoting cooperative efforts.
