Procurement Analyst

Plan, track, evaluate, and communicate BDS Production Readiness Assessments (PRAs) for procurement activities.
- Collaborate with the Supply-Chain Cross-functional Teams to ensure timely completion of PRAs and identify any potential risks or issues.
- Analyze procurement data and provide insights to support decision-making and process improvements.
- Develop and maintain procurement metrics and reports to monitor performance and identify areas for optimization.
- Support supplier management activities, including supplier performance evaluations, relationship management, and supply chain risk reduction efforts.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop procurement strategies and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Manage procurement projects, including coordinating cross-functional teams, setting project timelines, and monitoring progress.
- Create presentations for executive leadership to communicate procurement analysis findings, strategies, and recommendations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to procurement, supply chain risk reduction, and project management.

Required Skills & Experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and executive leadership:
- 1+ Year presenting to Leadership
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Excel and SharePoint experience

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in procurement analysis or a similar role.
- Aerospace experience
- Have you done reviews before
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Experience working with the BDS Supplier Readiness and Advanced Quality Tools or Teams is preferred.
- Proficiency in using procurement software and tools.
- Knowledge of production readiness assessments, procurement processes, supply chain risk reduction strategies, and project management methodologies.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
