  • Ensure data accuracy by performing regular audits and validations of data entries and records.
  • Standardize processes to improve consistency and efficiency across data management tasks.
  • Perform data entry and manage records to ensure that information is up-to-date and accurately maintained.
  • Develop and implement automated reporting systems to streamline report generation and reduce manual effort.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify data management needs and implement solutions to enhance data accuracy and process efficiency.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to data entry, record management, and report automation.
  • This position does not provide relocation assistance or housing stipend.
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Data Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
  • Experience or a strong interest in standardizing processes and improving data management practices.
  • Proficient in data entry and record management, with a solid understanding of best practices in these areas.
  • Familiarity with report automation tools and techniques, with the ability to develop and implement automated reporting systems.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues efficiently.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
