As a Procurement Manager, your role will involve overseeing the negotiation of supply contracts and driving improvement activities to back ongoing projects.
KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee the abilities of current and prospective suppliers to guarantee they fulfill our business requirements.
Discover new vendors and assess their potential.
Control risk within our supply chain.
Formulate commodity plans that align with present and future business goals.
Ensure that supply chain strategies are effectively implemented. Secure long-term official contracts with key suppliers.
Collaborate with our legal department to efficiently manage all contracts and agreements.
Work in tandem with Operational teams to guarantee strategies are formulated and implemented with complete team support.
Oversee internal and supplier Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Carry out additional tasks as directed or required.

Required Skills & Experience
Demonstrated expertise in managing, negotiating, and executing third-party supplier agreements within the Technology sector (including Hardware and Software). Proficiency in sourcing and procurement is essential.
Holds a Bachelor's degree, JD, or equivalent. Experience in tech sourcing, redlining contracts, and a solid understanding of contract terms and conditions are key.
Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal
Capable of handling issues and escalations with sensitivity and diligence, thereby minimizing the need for further escalation.
Over 4 years of experience in effectively managing stakeholders.
Skilled at handling multiple projects concurrently.
