The team is looking for an experienced procurement professional to manage and develop a team of buyers. This role will serve as the subject matter expert to identify creative sourcing solutions to internal customer needs, develop and transform overall sourcing strategy to align with internal stakeholders' needs.

Procurement Manager - Packaging & Ingredients Responsibilities:

• Develop strategic approach to procurement and materials management for raw materials and packaging
• Maintain vendor relationships across packaging and raw materials
• Ensure production processes are supported with the most effective procurement strategies
• Lead negotiations for raw materials and packaging categories
• Support, develop and manage the day-to-day operations and career development for two buyers
• Collaborate internally with stakeholders to understand procurement needs and utilize this information to transform sourcing strategies

Procurement Manager - Packaging & Ingredients Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required
• 10+ years of procurement sourcing experience
• 3+ years of hands-on management experience
• SAP experience required
• Manufacturing industry experience required
• Strong communication skills with peers and upper-level management
