Procurement Manager - Level 3 US

Our client, a leading Pharmaceutical Manufacturing company is seeking a Procurement Manager to join their team. This role will primarily support the R&D Tech Global Category Lead, primarily buying Software and Tech Services.

Job Title: Procurement Manager (Tech Services)
Location: Philadelphia, PA (hybrid)
Pay Range: $60-65/hr on W2

What's the Job?

Max of 5

• The Procurement Manager for Tech Procurement is accountable for all sourcing and contract management across their assigned category(ies).
• Conducting sourcing events within the categories
• Contracting for master/service/product agreements within the categories
• Management of supplier relationships that fall outside of the enterprise SRM structure for these categories
• Effective negotiation with Tech Suppliers
• Management of internal stakeholders
• Ensuring appropriate BI and Analytics is maintained for the Tech Procurement Category

What's Needed?

• Bachelors (required) in Business, Technology or Supply Chain, MS (preferred)
• Min of 3 - 5 years of procurement experience specifically working with global providers of software, and IT services
• Pharmaceutical industry experience in a BONUS
• Experience negotiating data licenses and subscriptions
