Job Description
AECOM is seeking a Procurement Specialist to be based in Sacramento, CA .
JOB SUMMARY:
Provide support to client Procurement team in the development, administration, coordination and management of several alternative delivery procurement packages including alternative delivery methods: CMGC, PD-B, DBB and others. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure the timely development, review and finalization of documentation that will comprise each procurement package, including but not limited to technical, legal, and administrative elements.

Job Description
AECOM is seeking a Procurement Specialist to be based in Sacramento, CA .
JOB SUMMARY:
Provide support to client Procurement team in the development, administration, coordination and management of several alternative delivery procurement packages including alternative delivery methods: CMGC, PD-B, DBB and others. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure the timely development, review and finalization of documentation that will comprise each procurement package, including but not limited to technical, legal, and administrative elements.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate timely development, reviews and finalization for documentation of procurement packages
- Work with stakeholders internally and externally across multi-functional teams
- Track several tasks across teams within excel and follow up to ensure they are completed and documented
- Troubleshoot problems of medium capacity and recommend appropriate actions
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- BA/BS + 4 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Prior experience within the A/E/C field with familiarity of alternative delivery methods

- Offered rate of compensation (California locations only) will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The salary range for this position is $71,000 - $129,000.
