Required Qualifications:

Product Analyst IV

Duration: 3-years

Hybrid preferred in Raleigh but will consider virtual/remote

Requirements:
  • 8+ years working as Product Owner
  • 3+ years in the utility industry
  • Bachelor degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Information Management or similar discipline.
  • IDEAL: Extensive experience working for a solar developer, with a deep understanding of the solar industry and land acquisition processes.
  • ""Black Belt" or " Six sigma certification or equivalent experience

Day to Day:
  • Assist product owner with user research and story writing
  • Ability to lead any of the following key activities within a product team: process mapping, value stream mapping, process analysis, process design, methods development, performance standards & metrics development, ROI analysis
  • Develop and execute QA plans
  • Support change management functions to ensure successful product implementation
  • Collaborate with product team to understand opportunities for continuous improvement initiatives and potential areas to gain efficiencies or cost savings
  • Utilize data to help teams develop and implement solutions
